Outcome of Vertical Skeletal Pattern in the Buccal Corridor Area Show during Posed Smile

Aim: To determine link between a patient's buccal relationship and vertical skeletal corridor region display during posed grin. Study design: Descriptive study. Place duration of study: Department Orthodontic, Ayub Dental College from 1st July 2022 to 31st December 2022. Methodology: One hundred seventy patients with normal, additional insignificant corridors were enrolled. The Frankfort Horizontal plane parallel the floor, their lips relaxed, teeth in centric occlusion, lateral cephalograms obtained. Results: measurement area visible frontal grin varies 0 mm 4.50mm. average size was 1.799±0.9904 mm. ratio lower anterior facial height towards total ranged 48° 67° mean 45.246±2.48. Conclusion: Lower has substantial impact on how much shows smiles, rise causes less display. Keywords: Inter-commissure width, Inter-pre-molar Inter-pupillary distance
